These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of collinscarter.com and the products and services offered by Collins & Carter, operated by GalleonWork LLC.

We make reasonable efforts to display colors, textures, and product images accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, lighting, and display settings. We reserve the right to limit sales by person, household, order, region, or jurisdiction, limit available quantities, update product descriptions and prices, discontinue products at any time, and reject orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or intended for resale. All offers are void where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary. Limitations may apply to orders linked to the same customer account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or household. An order is accepted once it has been successfully processed and confirmed by us.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive where applicable.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide products or services are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

We may update or replace parts of these Terms of Service by posting an updated version on our site. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Section 20 — Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must generally be unused and unworn, in original condition, returned with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, email info@collinscarter.com with your order number and reason for the return. Do not send an item back before receiving approval and return instructions; unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Approved refunds are processed within a maximum of 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item, issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. You may request to cancel an order before it ships by emailing us; cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment has begun. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.
