Who We Are
Collins & Carter makes sunglasses meant to outlast a season. Instead of chasing whatever shape is trending this month, we keep a small, deliberate lineup of five frames — the Hampton, the Sterling, the Brooklyn, the Savannah, and the Pacific. Each one earns its place. We would rather do five things exceptionally well than sell fifty variations of the same forgettable pair.
Every frame is polarized and blocks 100% of UV rays with true UV400 protection. That is not a bonus feature or an upsell — it is the baseline, on every pair we sell. Glare off the water, the hood of a car, or a snowy road gets cut down so you actually see clearly and comfortably. Sunglasses should protect your eyes and sharpen the view, and ours are built to do both.
Our Design Philosophy
Good design tends to be quiet. The Hampton is a classic tortoiseshell square that looks at home with a suit or a t-shirt. The Sterling is a gold aviator with the kind of proportions that never really go out of style. The Brooklyn is an oversized round black frame with a little attitude. The Savannah is a honey cat-eye with a soft, flattering lift. The Pacific is a matte black sport wrap for the days you are actually moving. Five frames, five distinct personalities — none of them shouting for attention.
We design for people who buy things once and keep them. That means clean lines, balanced proportions, and colors that still look right three years from now.
Built to Last
Materials matter more than most people notice until something breaks. We build with premium acetate and quality metal — the acetate frames have real depth and warmth to their color, and the metal ones are finished to hold up to daily handling. Every pair is lightweight, so it sits comfortably through a long day rather than leaving marks behind your ears.
Each order ships with a protective hard case and a microfiber cleaning cloth, because a good pair of sunglasses deserves somewhere to live when they are not on your face. We price honestly, too. You are paying for the lenses, the materials, and the finish — not a designer logo tax.
