Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Collins & Carter sunglasses. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return window. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

30-Day Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, cases, and accessories included.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at info@collinscarter.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We will reply with return instructions and the address to send your item to. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different style or a replacement, the easiest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. Contact us and we'll be glad to help you through the process.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within the return window with a photo of the issue. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot process a refund for a return we do not receive.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund. Final sale or clearance items, if marked as such, are not returnable.
