Shipping Policy
At Collins & Carter, we want your polarized sunglasses to reach you quickly and safely. This policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping costs. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Order Processing
We process orders within 1–2 business days after your purchase. Orders are prepared and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Delivery Times
After processing, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days via tracked courier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and the carrier's schedule.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
- A flat rate of $4.95 applies to orders of $50 or less.
Your shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Order Tracking
When your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after you receive the email.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time we do not ship internationally. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, as we are not able to redirect a package once it has shipped.
Delays and Lost Packages
Occasionally, weather, high order volume, or carrier issues can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery window. If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement.
