Shipping policy

At Collins & Carter, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. This policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping costs. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Order Processing

We process orders within 1–2 business days after your purchase. Orders are prepared and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM
  • Time zone: ET (Eastern Time)

Orders placed after the 5:00 PM (ET) cutoff time, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

After processing, your order travels with USPS. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and the carrier's schedule.

  • Transit time: 4–8 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Carrier: USPS, with tracking on every order
  • Total delivery time: 5–10 business days from the day you order

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. There are no shipping charges added at checkout and no handling fees.

Order Tracking

When your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after you receive the email.

Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time we do not ship internationally. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, as we are not able to redirect a package once it has shipped.

Delays and Lost Packages

Occasionally, weather, high order volume, or carrier issues can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery window. If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement.
